The Magnetic Lead Generator
Session 2

Turn visibility into leads, without the Canva rabbit hole.
  • Attention is nice.
Leads are what keep the lights on.

Using your brand voice from Session 1, we’ll create a high-value lead magnet (Checklist, Swipe File, or Roadmap) designed to be consumed quickly and trusted immediately.

You’ll design it in Canva, then connect it to a simple automated delivery system.

You’ll leave with:
  • A polished, professional lead magnet
  • A clean, automated delivery flow
  • A system that turns interest into permission, quietly and consistently
  • Learn how to use Make.com to start automating your marketing systems.
  • Once learned you can replicate in other automations.
The Relationship Machine
Session 3
Follow up like a human, not a funnel.

The fortune is in the follow-up, but only if it feels authentic. In this session, we design a short, high-trust nurture sequence that feels more like a coffee chat than a campaign. AI helps with speed and structure. You provide warmth and judgment.

You’ll leave with:

  1. A 3-part nurture email marketing sequence written in your voice.
  2. A simple automation that runs in the background.
  3. A follow-up system that builds trust while you focus on your work.
  4. Learn email marketing for your marketing system that you can replicate for future messaging.


Hi, I'm Kate!

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of strategy, connection, and real-world results. Long before AI was a buzzword, I was teaching in-person workshops on marketing strategy, event planning, digital marketing, and social media, helping people not just learn concepts, but apply them with confidence. I’ve worked inside organizations as a Marketing Director and Brand Director, and I’ve built and led my own businesses as a founder. Across every role, one thing has always mattered most to me: helping people communicate clearly, authentically, and in a way that actually moves humans to action. 

Outside of business, community is where my heart lives. I founded the Amazing Kids Foundation to support children who have lost a parent across the Sea to Sky Corridor, Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton, because I believe community is strongest when it takes care of its own. I’m also the mom of a brand-new teenager, which keeps me grounded, curious, and very aware of how fast the world is changing. I’ve been working with AI for over 15 years, and today I help solopreneurs and small businesses use AI not to sound robotic, but to sound more human. True, authentic messaging has never been easier, when you know what questions to ask, and how to listen for the answers.
