As a single parent raising a 13-year-old son, I built Kateology AI Studio because I needed a business that gave me freedom, not someday, but now.
My mission is to help women entrepreneurs use AI with clarity and confidence without losing their voice. Because the most powerful thing AI can do for you isn’t just efficiency, it’s giving you back the time and space to sound like yourself.
AI should support your humanity, not replace it. And when used with intention, it becomes a tool that works for your life, your values, and your business, on your terms.
My Story
Like many women, I carry a lot of roles: mom, provider, guide, decision-maker. When life asked more of me than I ever expected, I knew I had to build a business that worked with my life, not against it. One that gave me the freedom to be present, to choose intentionally, and to define success without sacrificing what mattered most.
Long before “solopreneur” became a buzzword, I was already living it, building a flexible business that allowed me to work when it made sense, so I could show up fully for school trips, milestones, and the everyday moments that matter. I believe the real question isn’t Can I make this work? It’s Do I want to? That’s the kind of freedom I want for every woman building a business on her own terms.
Professionally, I bring over 20 years of experience in marketing, technology, and digital strategy. I’ve taught in-person workshops on marketing strategy, event planning, digital marketing, and social media. I’ve worked as a Marketing Director and Brand Director inside organizations, and I’ve built and led my own businesses as a founder. Across every role, one truth has stayed constant: businesses grow faster, and feel better, when their messaging is clear, human, and aligned.
I’ve been working with AI long before it became mainstream, and today’s tools are more intuitive and accessible than anything I used in the early years. That shift changes everything for women entrepreneurs. You no longer have to do it all alone. When used intentionally, AI becomes your in-house team, helping you clarify your message, connect with the right customers, generate leads, and automate the work that drains your energy.

I created Kateology AI Studio because I saw how overwhelming digital tools and AI could feel, especially for women running businesses without a team. This is a space where things are different. No jargon. No ego. No tech-for-tech’s sake. Just practical systems, thoughtful strategy, and tools that support you, not replace you.
Alongside my work in business, community is where my heart lives. I founded the Amazing Kids Foundation to support children who have lost a parent across the Sea to Sky Corridor Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton. As a single mother, I know how much it matters when a community shows up. I believe real impact happens when community supports community.
Through courses, hands-on workshops, smart automation strategies, and a growing community, I help women entrepreneurs simplify their marketing, scale sustainably, and build businesses that work with their lives, not against them.
